Cancellation Policy
Kai Salon values the relationship we have with our guests. We understand last minute schedule changes can occur, we respectfully request a notice of 24 hours for any cancellation or appointment adjustments. A booking fee may result in repeated missed appointments or insufficient notice of cancellations.
Kai Salon Gift Cards
Kai Salon gift cards are available for purchase in any amount and can be used for product or services.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, accept in-store payments(cash or gift cards), as well as all major credit cards (such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover).
Returns
We will gladly accept returns of un-opened or minimally used products within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or in-store credit. We cannot accept make-up returns. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Wedding parties
To ensure your appointment reservation a $150 deposit is required when booking your appointments along with a credit card number. We require a 72 hour notice to cancel all appointments for a full refund. Cancellation after 72 hours will be refunded 50% of the total. There will be no refunds on services after they are completed.
Our Guarantee
We do not offer refunds on services completed. If you are not completely satisfied with your service or experience, please let us know. We offer a 2 week period for any color adjustments and 1 week for haircuts.
